Sharod Utsav Samman is the brainchild of EVENTEX, an event management company based in Bangalore with pan India operations.

Sharod Utsav Samman was born with one overarching thought—to encourage Durga puja committees  to excel in the organisation of Pujas, by awarding the best performers. Sharod Utsav Samman is thus a celebration of excellence.

We divide pujas into various categories based on the budget and further award excellence in various subcategories, like Best Pratima, Best Venue, Best Buja Publicity etc. and even  for eco-friendly practices.

Our jury comprises of eminent women and men from various walks of life.

We started on a modest scale in Bangalore in 2018, in 2019 Sharod Utsav Samman became the premier award programme in Bangalore, in 2020 Sharod Utsav Samman became Digital Sensation through Virtual Award Ceremony & in 2021 Sharod Utsav Samman widened it's horizon with Pujo Parikrama to cover major Durgapuja @ Kolkata which became super hit & SUS became a Global Award Ceremony Property & received participation from all over India, UK & Ireland.  

This year (2022) we intend to raise the bar of Sharod Utsav Samman to become Destination Award Ceremony @ a premium resort in Bangalore and we offer you a chance to exhibit your excellence on the global stage. We received nominations from 5 continents & 100+ Awards to be given away. This year we covered 60 Top Durgapuja of West Bengal through Pujo Parikrama to showcase the world best Protima, Pujo Pandals, Theme decoration, Lighting & Artistic presentation. The celebration simply getting bigger & better every year.

Sharod Utsav Samman is now a truely global celebration of excellence.
